“Naturalism” With Tom Christopher

When people hear the term naturalistic garden, they often imagine a landscape left to its own devices—a meadow of wildflowers, a woodland edge, or a garden designed to mimic nature as closely as possible. But for us at GardenLarge, naturalism is something more nuanced and more intentional, based on sense of place, the plants that thrive there, and how we interact with the garden as an avenue to creating feeling.
